Your responsibilities:

- Establishing and managing your own ISG branch in Australia
- Expansion of the company in Australia with franchise partners and/or employees
- Selling our services
- Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Preparing job profiles and advertisements
- Professionally recruiting qualified candidates in a national and international environment
- Conducting structured interviews and supporting candidates throughout the entire selection process
- Cross-selling of other ISG services (e.g. personnel development, training, Media House)
