About the Role

We are currently seeking the services of reliable and experienced CASUAL Maritime Security Guards (MSGs) to join our team in Port Melbourne, Victoria.

All positions are paid under the Security Services Industry Award + 6%, which includes night, weekend and overtime loading.

The primary functions of this role will include, but are not limited to;

- Performing the role of a Maritime Security Guard in accordance with the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003

- Manage and monitor access control

- Ensuring the security of assets and personnel

- Monitoring CCTV systems

- Conducting foot patrols

Skills and Experience To be successful, you will have excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to work flexible hours (24/7 rotating shifts - days, nights,



afternoons & weekends) as well as the following:

- Current Victorian Security Licence

- Current Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)

- Current First Aid Certificate

- Ability to use varied Security, CCTV and Access Control Systems

- Team orientated nature and excellent communication skills

- Excellent presentation and grooming

- Drive and motivation to improve services and processes as required

- High-level customer service focus with a “can-do-attitude”
