Your recent role

As the Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing qualified front-of-house and administrative support while ensuring patients receive a welcoming and positive experience.

- Managing the front desk and greeting patients
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing correspondence and general enquiries
- Providing day-to-day administrative support
- Using Medilink for practice administration, with training provided
- Working closely with the wider team to support the smooth running of the practice

This is a fully office-based role working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. You will primarily work from Greenslopes Monday to Wednesday, Ipswich on Thursday, and across both Ipswich and Greenslopes on Friday. You will therefore need to be comfortable travelling between locations.





What you'll need to succeed

- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- A friendly, professional and compassionate approach with patients
- The ability to confidently manage a busy front desk
- Flexibility to travel between Greenslopes and Ipswich
- Experience with Medilink would be beneficial, however training can be provided
