**To support our continual growth, we are searching for an experiencedMobilisation and Compliance Officer-Mining to join our team.

This full time position will be 8 days on, 6 days off (8:6) roster.**

About the opportunity:

Minprovise is currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Mobilisation and Compliance Officer-Mining to oversee the coordination of workforce mobilisation for our client projects. This role demands that all mobilisation and compliance requirements, including training, inductions, and documentation, are meticulously completed in accordance with both Minprovise and our clients' site standards.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation of employees to client sites
- Ensure personnel have all required tickets, licences, qualifications, medicals, training and inductions
- Monitor and maintain employee is Site Ready and compliant with all requirements
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, medicals, inductions and site access for personnel
- Work closely with Planning and Operations to coordinate people required for upcoming work
- Liaise with employees and internal teams to ensure mobilisation requirements are completed on time
- Monitor upcoming mobilisations and proactively follow up outstanding requirements
- Maintain accurate personnel mobilisation and compliance records
- Monitor training, ticket and compliance expiry dates
- Conduct compliance checks against MINPROVISE and client requirements
- Identify and resolve issues that may prevent or delay an employee from mobilising to site

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in workforce mobilisation within the mining or heavy industry sectors.




- RTIO & BHP End to End Mobilisation experienced highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Familiarity with compliance systems and client requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities with the ability to work effectively with employees, internal teams and clients.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and work effectively when everything is urgent.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Professional and confident phone manner.
