Queensland Government, through Queensland Health Brisbane - North, seeks a clinical pharmacist to deliver a broad range of clinical pharmacy services across COH facilities. The role supports transitions of care, inpatient, home-based and community pharmacy activities, with a focus on patient-centred care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, provide medication information for safety, and educate students and junior staff under supervision.
