The opportunity

You’ll help banking teams turn lending requirements into practical nCino solutions. Working alongside business stakeholders, developers and architects, you’ll guide conversations, improve workflows and help users get real value from the platform.

What you’ll be doing

- Running discovery workshops with lending and business teams.
- Understanding existing processes and identifying better ways of working.
- Translating requirements into user stories, functional designs and acceptance criteria.
- Configuring nCino and Salesforce functionality within your expertise.




- Working with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Supporting testing, demonstrations, training and user adoption.

What you’ll bring Experience delivering nCino solutions, a robust understanding of lending operations and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll ask thoughtful questions, communicate clearly and enjoy helping people navigate change.
