Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Network Category Performance Specialist to join our Education team at MediAesthetics. At MediAesthetics, we're home to some of Australia's leading aesthetics and skincare brands, including SILK Laser Clinics, Australian Skin Clinics and Explicit Skincare Clinics. We're looking for an experienced Skin, Laser and Aesthetics professional who combines advanced technical expertise with a passion for coaching, education and performance improvement.

This is more than a training role. You'll partner with clinics, franchise partners, suppliers and business leaders to strengthen capability, lift category performance and help shape the future of our Laser, Skin and Body service offering across the network.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Education & Network Category Performance, you'll play a key role in supporting the growth, capability and performance of our Laser, Skin and Body categories across the MediAesthetics network. You'll work closely with Business Development Managers, Education, Commercial Category teams, Franchise Partners and clinic teams to identify performance opportunities, deliver targeted coaching and ensure a consistent standard of technical excellence across our brands.

You'll also support the rollout of new products, devices and treatments, helping clinics successfully adopt new innovations while maintaining exceptional customer experiences and commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing





- Partner with Commercial Category teams to identify performance opportunities and capability gaps across clinics and regions.
- Deliver advanced coaching, education and mentoring across Laser, Skin and Body treatment categories.
- Work alongside Business Development Managers to support targeted clinic performance improvement initiatives.
- Build technical capability and clinical confidence across therapists and clinic teams.
- Partner with suppliers to deliver advanced workshops, education programs and category training.
- Support the implementation of new products, devices and treatments across the network.
- Develop and refine treatment protocols, technical resources and supporting education materials.
- Manage category support tickets and identify trends that inform future training and capability initiatives.
- Gather clinic feedback and insights to improve category performance and future rollouts.
- Provide operational and technical input into new product development, promotional activities and category initiatives.
- Support treatment planning approaches that deliver both outstanding client outcomes and sustainable commercial performance.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Skin, Laser and Body categories, ensuring they remain leaders in innovation, education and results.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years' experience delivering Skin and Laser Hair Removal treatments.
- Demonstrated expertise across clinical aesthetics, treatment planning and client consultation.
- Previous experience coaching, mentoring or educating therapists and clinic teams.




- Experience working within a franchised, multi-site or network-based environment.
- Strong understanding of skin physiology, treatment suitability, contraindications and outcome-based treatment planning.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation capability.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
- Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or higher qualification.

The following experience will be highly regarded:
- Body treatment category experience.
- Development of treatment protocols and clinical resources.
- New product or device rollouts.
- Clinic openings or implementation projects.
- Working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to deliver education initiatives.
