This is a full time role: however, we also consider part-time and contract positios. in this role you will play the key part in deliviring high-quality therapeutic services to our clients. What you'll be doing - Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualised treatment plans for clients - Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help clients achieve their goals - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client care - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities including mentoring - Mentor and supervise junior occupational therapists as required What we're looking for Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Minimum of 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist, with demonstrated expertise in paediatric Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice What we offer At Therapy Point, we are dedicated to supporting our employees' professional and personal growth.
