Operations support role coordinating maintenance and service delivery in Ballina.Your new role In this role, you will support the service team and site management with the coordination of planned and reactive maintenance activities, reporting, purchase orders and general operational administration.

Your responsibilities will include

- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple contracts
- Reviewing timesheets and preparing accurate reports
- Managing purchase orders, including close-out checks and submission for approval
- Responding to internal helpdesk enquiries and updating tasks accordingly
- Liaising with technicians to support day-to-day operational workflows
- Providing general administrative and operational support as required

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and organised administrator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

You will ideally have

- Previous administration, service coordination or operations support experience
- An understanding of maintenance or service operations
- Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel




- The ability to quickly learn new systems and databases
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with work order or maintenance management systems would be advantageous
- Full Australian working rights
