The Position

We are currently seeking two positions - FOH Waiters / Waitresses + Receptionist to join our afternoon and evening team.

Full-time hours available, Tuesday to Saturday.

Candidates must have full-day availability for Tuesday to Saturday shifts, covering both afternoon and evening service periods.

The roles will be primarily focused on our Rooftop Bar, Restaurant and Lounge , providing seated cocktail service in an elegant environment.



You will also assist with private functions and events, delivering cocktail-style service and premium beverage experiences.

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 3+ years experience in high-end hospitality
- Experience in premium bars, cocktail lounges or upscale beverage environments
- Strong section service experience with the ability to manage guests confidently
- Bartender experience will also be highly considered for candidates wishing to apply for a bartender position
- Availability for afternoon and evening shifts
- Exceptional guest service and attention to detail
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist across the venue
- Genuine passion for hospitality and continuous learning
- Interest in whisky, cigars and wine will be highly regarded
- Ability to take initiative and maintain high service standards
- Australian work rights required
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification must be obtained within 30 days of commencement
