PBS Chinatown Pty Ltd in Sydney CBD is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a premium Korean dining venue. You will own front-of-house and kitchen operations, report to Directors, and drive financial performance while maintaining top-tier service.

The role requires fluency in English and Korean, AQF Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management (or 1 year of full time Restaurant Manager experience), and full availability for rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
