Holy Cross Kincumber is our premium residential care home on the NSW Central Coast. Opened in December 2025, this purpose-built, 102-bed residence features contemporary facilities, dedicated Memory Support Wings and our Inspirit Model of Care. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead a warm, supportive and person-centred home environment on a one-year contract.

About the role:
Lead a dedicated team within a 34-resident neighbourhood, ensuring high-quality clinical care, effective operations and strong governance. You will empower team members, promote resident safety and wellbeing, and embed relationship-centred care in daily practice.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead safe, high-quality clinical care focused on resident wellbeing and continuous improvement
- Oversee daily neighbourhood operations, ensuring care reflects each resident’s needs,



preferences and choices
- Embed the Inspirit Model of Care to create a welcoming, homelike environment
- Coach and mentor team members, building capability, accountability and collaboration
- Maintain clinical governance and compliance with aged care legislation, regulations and quality standards
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues

About you:

You are an experienced clinical leader with strong nursing expertise and a passion for helping older people live with dignity, choice and purpose.

You will bring:

- A Bachelor of Nursing and current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- A sound understanding of aged care legislation, regulatory requirements and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Strong clinical knowledge of the ageing process and the complex health needs of older people
- Demonstrated leadership experience in residential aged care, with a focus on person-centred and relationship-based care
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to resident and family satisfaction
- Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate healthcare teams
- Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
- Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
