selectability is seeking a proactive Risk & Resilience Officer to advance our Enterprise Risk Management Framework and resilience initiatives. You will be part of the Governance and Assurance team, strengthening organisational risk capability and championing a positive risk culture.
Key duties include implementing and improving the ERM framework, monitoring emerging risks, maintaining risk registers and KRIs, and coordinating risk workshops across the workforce.
