We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Packaging Supervisor to join our Production Department. This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Packaging team, ensuring all finished goods are boxed and packaged in line with the production schedule, construction guidelines and our internal quality standards.

About the Role

- Oversee the daily operations of the Packaging team and coordinate team members to meet daily requirements
- Ensure internally manufactured and direct buy-in products are packaged to our construction guidelines and quality standards
- Ensure products are boxed as per production schedules and against their respective work orders
- Collaborate with the PMO on new product introductions
- Maintain inventory accuracy in Packaging locations, including bin transfers, adjustments,



write-offs and reporting Bill of Materials discrepancies
- Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts, and proactively locate misplaced inventory
- Manage your direct reports day to day, including output, performance, attendance and timesheets
- Ensure safety standards are followed and keep communication flowing through daily production stand-ups

About You

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, with proven experience in a warehouse supervisory position
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practice
- Excellent organisation, planning and problem-solving skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems; NetSuite knowledge preferred but not essential
- Forklift licence preferable
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated, with the ability to communicate across the team and build trust
