You'll be in the platforms every day, building, testing, and scaling, then sharing the results with the person who actually owns the business.

What you'll do

- Run Google Ads and Meta campaigns hands-on across 8 to 10 accounts
- Build, test, and scale, from account structure to creative testing to budget
- Talk performance directly with founders and agree what happens next
- Spot accounts that are slipping early and turn them around fast




- Report on the outcomes founders care about, not vanity metrics

You'll be a fit if

- You have agency experience managing paid media for multiple clients at once
- You're hands-on and current across Google Ads and Meta
- You can keep 8 to 10 accounts moving without anything slipping
- You explain performance in plain language to people who aren't marketers
- You're personable and enjoy the energy of working with founders
