MAK Diesel & Earthmoving is looking for a driven individual to join our Mt Isa branch as a Parts Interpreter/Service Admin. This is a full time Monday to Friday position with availability for immediate start.

This role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Parts interpreting.
- Stock control.
- Provide high-level customer service to customers.
- Counter & phone parts sales.
- Sourcing and dispatching orders.
- Preparing customer Quotes and Invoices.
- Customer/branch support duties.
- Provide Administration support.
- General data entry.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Possess a current driver’s license.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Have an enthusiastic attitude and an interest in the Construction Machinery & Transport Vehicle industries.
- Previous experience with either a Parts Interpreter or Administration would be an advantage.
- Be customer-focused and results driven.
- Exceptional customer support skills, a friendly manner and willingness to help.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Ability to work closely within a team environment.
