Are you a people-person who loves creating great experiences and helping others feel their best?

Our busy orthopaedic and allied health practice is looking for a warm, energetic and organised Patient Engagement Coordinator to help create an outstanding patient experience from first contact through to rehabilitation and long-term wellness.

This is an ideal role for someone studying physiotherapy, exercise science or a related health degree, or for someone already working as a fitness instructor, Pilates instructor, personal trainer or sports coach.

About the role

You will be at the heart of our patient journey welcoming patients, coordinating appointments with our allied health team, and ensuring every interaction is seamless.

You will also gain hands-on exposure to marketing, communications and business growth initiatives. This may include social media content, promoting Clinical Pilates programs, assisting with events, and helping patients engage with services that support their recovery and wellbeing.

Hours

- Monday to Thursday, 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Friday off every week (Enjoy a three-day weekend)

This schedule is perfect if you want to spend mornings at university, coaching, attending placement, or working towards your own fitness goals.

You will

- Build positive relationships with patients and help them feel cared for and understood.
- Coordinate appointments,



enquiries and communications across the orthopaedic and allied health team.
- Identify opportunities to make the patient experience even better.
- Gain valuable exposure to orthopaedics, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and sports-focused care.

About you

- A bubbly, confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
- Interested in sport, injury rehabilitation, movement and the human body.
- Passionate about sports physiotherapy and keen to learn more about orthopaedic and allied health care.
- Organised, proactive and able to learn quickly in a busy setting.
- Excited by variety, happy to contribute ideas and motivated to make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
