UnitingCare Health Pty Ltd. is seeking a Personal Carer for our Pilgrim Aged Care Facility in Kallangur. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities and maintaining independence within a supportive setting.

You will work across AM/PM shifts including nights where required, aligning with individual care plans and using technology to enhance care delivery. Eligibility for probity checks and NDIS screening is required.
