Peoplebank is seeking a motivated Help Desk Support professional to provide Level 1 IT support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance in a Microsoft setting. This onsite role requires urban proximity to Moorebank, NSW, and offers a rotating day/night/weekend shift roster with immediate start.

Contract opportunity for 5–8 weeks at an hourly rate. Your duties include basic helpdesk tasks, stock and inventory support, and accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
