NSW Department of Customer Service – Parramatta NSW is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead to manage software development and releases for a digital transformation program. You will lead delivery across SDLC using Agile practices and CI/CD in a modern tech stack including AWS, Java, ReactJS.

The role requires 8+ years of IT delivery experience, robust stakeholder management, and the ability to coach teams in Scrum/Lean, while ensuring quality and governance.
