Key responsibilities

- Create, monitor and progress work orders through to completion
- Work closely with contractors to handle inductions using Rapid Global
- Review and issue permit to work certificates in consultation with your team through Rapid Global
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance across a range of property types through MEX CMMS system
- Implement plant and equipment maintenance at a range of differing properties
- Conduct inspections and compliance checks
- Work in consultation with the accounts team regarding works completed
- Assist with preparation of budgets across sites in consultation with Finance and Admin Manager
- Liaise with tenants regarding general lease and property matters




- Support partners off site with facilities management for operational sites including truck and car dealerships

About you

- Experienced with using Rapid Global and MEX CMMS or equivalent platforms
- Very organised and process driven
- Able to work within a team workplace
- Capable of reading and administering commercial leases
- Understanding of property management and maintenance obligations in predominantly commercial properties
- Experience in Facilities Management, running one or multiple facilities with preventative maintenance and issuing compliance permit to works
