Myotherapist - Bustling Private Practice with Salary

Myotherapist | Salaried + Uncapped Bonus

This isn't a corporate clinic.

In 2008, we opened our first clinic with a simple idea: treat patients properly, look after your team, and the rest figures itself out.

Seventeen years later, we're still family-owned. No private equity. No head office in Sydney making decisions about your appointment length. Just us. Quality clinics in Ballarat, a team that's grown up together, and a way of doing things we're genuinely proud of.

We own most of our buildings. That might sound like a strange thing to mention in a job ad, but it matters. It means we're not going anywhere. It means we invest in fit-outs that actually work: proper sterilisation rooms, big consult spaces, good equipment. We're building for the long term, not flipping the business in three years.

About Modern Medicine

We're multidisciplinary: podiatry, exercise physiology, psychology, dietetics, and myotherapy, all under one roof. You can refer internally, collaborate on complex patients, and learn how other disciplines think. It makes everyone a better clinician.

We learned early that clinicians do their best work when they're not drowning in admin. So we built support around you: a full reception team who handle stock, and the hundred small tasks that eat your day. You are liberated to focus on patients.

Our team thrives on collaboration, supporting one another, sharing expertise, and creating an environment where it's safe to ask questions and keep learning. We hold ourselves to a high clinical standard, and we help each other get there.

A career, not just a job

Most clinics talk about "growth opportunities" but can't tell you what that actually means. We can.

We've built a structured career progression framework with two genuine pathways:

- Clinical excellence: become a leader through expertise,

mentoring, protocol development, and innovation. No management required.

- People leadership: if you want to lead teams and shape operations, that path exists too.

Both are senior. Both are respected. You don't have to become a manager to advance here, and you don't have to leave to find a ceiling that doesn't exist.

Progression is transparent and earned, based on capability and consistency rather than tenure or politics. You'll always know where you stand and what it takes to move forward.

Why Modern Medicine?

- Transparent salary with uncapped bonus

- Full administrative and reception support

- Friendly multidisciplinary team who actually talk to each other

- Paid team meetings, career development time, and 1-on-1 mentoring

- Genuine flexibility (we accommodate travel, family, life)

- Clear career progression with clinical and leadership pathways

- Option to develop non-clinical skills or transition into non-clinical roles over time

- Transfer options to other clinic locations as we grow

In addition, we offer:

- Professional development funding (that actually gets used)

- Shockwave therapy (radial and focused), Class 4 laser

- Opportunities to work with sports teams

- Team events and activities

What we're looking for

Not perfection, and not the most experienced clinicians in Australia; we’re open to new graduates, experienced clinicians, and anyone in between. We are a business that cares about our employees, and we ask that you bring curiosity, dedication, and mutual respect to the table. We have built a supportive, human‑first workplace and expect our team members to take pride in their work and to look at the bigger picture. We want someone who values professional development, who treats patients like people instead of appointment slots, and who's excited to be part of building something genuine.

Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs. Don't transfer any money or complete suspicious online surveys. If you see something suspicious, report this job ad .
