Caboolture Hospital’s Associate Nurse Unit Manager in the Adult Emergency Department partners with the Nurse Unit Manager to provide operational leadership, clinical governance, and expert nursing care in a quick-paced ED. You will coordinate shifts, support workforce planning, and mentor nursing staff to deliver evidence-based care.

You will drive quality improvement, participate in clinical teaching, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for patients,
