The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to step in, take ownership of front of house operations, and elevate Aambra to its full potential.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on leadership, systems, culture building, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
You will work closely with ownership, the Head Chef, to refine service standards, strengthen team culture,
and drive commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day restaurant and bar operations
- Lead, train, and inspire the front of house team
- Drive service excellence and consistency
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and wine teams
- Manage rosters, labour costs, and operational budgets
- Maintain compliance, licensing, and safety standards
- Build strong guest relationships and encourage repeat visitation
- Implement systems that improve efficiency and performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or senior Restaurant Manager in premium or fine dining
- A confident leader who commands respect and sets high standards
- Commercially minded with strong financial awareness
- Passionate about hospitality, food, and wine
- Highly organised and systems focused
- Hands on and present on the floor
