Coca Chu Restaurant on Hamilton Island is seeking a qualified Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This role offers a great opportunity for a developing chef with an interest in Asian cuisine to strengthen skills working with vibrant flavours, fresh produce and quick-paced à la carte service alongside an experienced culinary brigade.
