About the role

As People Operations & Enablement Manager, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer to build and continuously improve the systems, processes, reporting and operational infrastructure that support Artrya's People function. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys taking something that is unclear, manual or not yet built, understanding what is really needed, and turning it into a simple, practical and sustainable solution. The role brings together business analysis, project delivery and operational capability across People systems, processes, knowledge, compliance and learning, recruitment operations, reporting, communications and projects.

Key responsibilities

- Review and improve key People processes, implement and support HRIS, and build practical workflows, templates and documentation that are easy for employees and managers to use
- Build Artrya's intranet and establish reliable approaches to mandatory learning, policies, employee compliance and People-related requirements
- Build the process behind recruitment including mapping and improving workflows, approvals and hand-offs, while creating clear recruitment reporting
- Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility of workforce measures, recruitment activity, trends, risks and priorities
- Turn People priorities into structured projects and drive them through to completion, while developing clear employee communications across People initiatives, systems, policies and processes
- Help embed Artrya's EVP and Values through relevant People processes, onboarding, learning and employee communications
- Look for opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate across all activities

About you

- A relevant tertiary qualification in business, business analysis, information management, human resources, communications, project management or a related discipline,



or equivalent practical experience
- Experience across areas such as business analysis, People operations, project delivery or knowledge management
- Strong analytical capability, including experience developing dashboards, metrics and management reports
- The ability to understand how things currently work, identify gaps and translate requirements into simple, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives through to completion
- Experience implementing or administering business systems, intranets, knowledge platforms or similar technology
- Strong research, documentation and written communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with exceptional follow-through
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different functions, timezones and levels of an organisation
- The ability to learn unfamiliar systems and subject areas quickly
