Hiring: PeopleSoft FSCM Functional SME

Location: Remote

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM IST – 10:00 PM IST

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Functional SME with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials modules to support finance and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements from Finance and Procurement teams.
- Support PeopleSoft General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing, Budgeting, and Asset Management.
- Configure approval workflows and authorization thresholds.
- Lead year-end closing activities and budget-cycle processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and reconciliation reports.
- Conduct UAT for patches, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Support audit requests and collaborate with auditors.

Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft FSCM functional experience.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials modules: GL, AP, Purchasing, Budgeting,



and Asset Management.
- Knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting.
- Experience in functional specifications, test scripts, and financial reconciliation.
- Ability to work closely with auditors and finance stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience in higher education or public-sector fund accounting.
- PeopleSoft Financials certification.
- Experience integrating budgeting tools.
