We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our welcoming Highett team.

You’ll be part of a supportive environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect and kindness, and where the contribution you make matters.

The difference you’ll make

Working as part of our care team, you’ll:

- Provide respectful, person-centred care and support

- Assist residents with mobility, meals and everyday activities

- Encourage independence, choice and meaningful engagement

- Build positive relationships with residents and families

- Observe and communicate changes in residents’ health and wellbeing

- Maintain accurate care documentation

- Work collaboratively to create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment

For EENs, you’ll also provide clinical care within your scope of practice, including medication management, wound care and health monitoring.

What you’ll bring

Personal Care Assistants

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- A compassionate, respectful and person-centred approach

- Good communication and teamwork skills





- Reliability and flexibility across rostered shifts

- Aged care experience is highly regarded

Endorsed Enrolled Nurses
- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA

- Relevant medication endorsement within scope of practice

- Strong clinical, communication and documentation skills
- A commitment to safe, high-quality, person-centred care

- Aged care experience is highly regarded

Successful candidates will need to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
