PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Banksia

Looking for a casual personal training role in Banksia? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

How we support you

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Day to day

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- To be considered
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start




- Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
