Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Rydalmere

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Rydalmere. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What you will do

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Pay

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm




- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
