Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Austral Edmondson Park

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Edmondson Park. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Your availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

How we support you

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Day to day

Coach each client one-to-one. Take part in mentoring and team workshops.



Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
