About the role

You will assess and manage patients, develop tailored treatment plans and support meaningful improvements in movement, function and quality of life. The role combines clinical autonomy with opportunities to collaborate, share knowledge and contribute to coordinated patient care.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting thorough assessments and applying sound clinical reasoning.

- Developing evidence-informed treatment plans incorporating exercise, rehabilitation, education and appropriate hands-on care.

- Reviewing patient progress and adapting treatment to their needs and goals.

- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical records and communicating with referring practitioners.

- Collaborating with colleagues and recognising when further assessment or referral is appropriate.

- Taking initiative in developing your caseload and contributing to service improvement.

About you

- A recognised physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration before commencing.

- Appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centred approach.





- The ability to work independently within your competence, while seeking advice and support when needed.

- A proactive attitude towards learning, feedback and ongoing career development.

- A collaborative mindset and respect for the skills of other health professionals.

- Professionalism, reliability and a commitment to high standards of care.

- Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation is valued.
