Key responsibilities

- Patient assessments, triage and clinical nursing care
- Immunisations, wound care and clinical procedures
- Chronic disease management and preventative healthcare
- Supporting GPs with patient care and treatment
- Health education and patient counselling
- Assisting with minor procedures and wound management
- Infection control, clinical documentation and stock management

About you

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a patient-centred approach
- Solid organisational and computer skills
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and patient safety
- GP, hospital and aged care experience is highly regarded
