- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core , and modern backend development.
- Strong full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript .
- Building AI agents and conversational applications
- API/tool integration and enterprise system orchestration
- RAG, prompt engineering, vector search and knowledge retrieval
- Conversational AI, including intent classification, NLU/NLP, entity extraction and context management
- Human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation patterns and AI guardrails
- Agent observability, evaluation, reliability and performance monitoring
- Enterprise-scale architecture, governance, guardrails and technical strategy
- Deep experience designing and delivering AI-powered platforms
- Hands-on engineers building APIs, services, AI workflows and conversational experiences
- Strong focus on .NET, cloud, integration, testing and operational excellence




- Technical leaders driving delivery of AI agents and integrations
- Cloud-native development (Azure/AWS),
