The Circuit

Protection, and Controls (CPC) Division at Eaton Electrical reflects a long tradition of creating solutions that enhance electrical safety, reliability, code compliance and efficient power distribution in alternative energy, commercial, industrial, and mining operations. These include circuit breakers, vacuum interrupters, fuses, and fuse holders.

Due to growth, we are looking for a Product Manager to manage the Busway portfolio including product strategy, technical solutions, pricing, forecasting and lifecycle management. The successful candidate will partner with sales, engineering, operations and key market stakeholders to support project opportunities, strengthen product specification and drive revenue growth, profitability and market share.

Key Duties

- Manage the Eaton Busway product portfolio, including product strategy, positioning, pricing, profitability, forecasting and product lifecycle management.
- Develop and execute product strategies that support revenue growth, profitability and increased market share.
- Provide technical product expertise, including project design, Busway take-offs, product selection and development of fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Partner with Sales to identify and develop project opportunities and provide technical and commercial support throughout the customer journey.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors and customers to strengthen product awareness, influence specifications and support project opportunities.
- Work closely with sales team, estimating team engineering, operations, supply chain and global product teams to support effective product delivery and customer outcomes.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer requirements and portfolio performance to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Busway, providing product guidance, technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience within the electrical industry, preferably across product management, electrical distribution, technical sales, applications engineering or project solutions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting technical and commercial product solutions and working with customers, consultants, contractors and cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline preferred OR……
- Equivalent technical qualifications combined with relevant electrical industry experience will also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build current relationships and engage confidently with customers.
