We are currently seeking a Production Team Member to join our high-performing, quality-accredited manufacturing team. Your Role

As a Production Team Member, you will play a key role in assembling, testing, inspecting, and servicing our groundbreaking medical devices. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a team-first mindset, and a strong commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble components into sub-assemblies and finished products
- Inspect, test, and pack products within defined timelines
- Conduct basic repairs and perform service work on returned devices
- Handle materials and move products through production stages
- Assist with final product release and non-conformance investigations
- Maintain accurate documentation,



including line clearance, torque and ESD testing
- Comply with all Quality, Safety, and ISO13485/FDA QSR requirements
- Uphold cleanliness and order in line with 5S guidelines
- Participate in audits and collaborate across departments

What You’ll Bring Skills & Experience:

- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or repair—ideally within a regulated environment (GMP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle small components and tools
- Experience with or understanding of OH&S; standards in manufacturing

Education & Qualifications:

- Secondary education required
- Trade qualification in manufacturing or electronics (preferred but not essential)
