Your Role

As a Project Architect, you will collaborate with the entire studio and lead teams to develop design solutions and coordinate through all phases of a project. Leverage your industry expertise, design abilities, and technical acumen to drive projects from concept through construction.

You will work closely with the Principal-In-Charge, the Design Director, and the Design Manager within our collaborative and supportive team environment to develop projects from conceptual design through execution. A well-rounded and thoughtful approach to design forms the foundation of our practice and our clients hire us because they believe in the transformative power of design.

What You Will Do

- An integral part of the design team that leads towards a cohesive and rational design solution which conforms to the project brief and is technically, legally and financially responsible.
- Manage communication and lead coordination between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Resolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative, technical, constructible solutions
- Direct production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasks
- Responsible for delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical quality
- Process submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFIs
- Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project
- Based on a very good understanding of local and national codes, be able to guide the team to design in alignment with the requirements.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members
- Actively participate and contribute to the financial performance of project




- Review and contribute to proposals and contracts with the Design Manager
- Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships through successful
- project delivery
- Participation in business development effort
- Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.

Your Qualifications

- Australian Registered Architect.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in delivering sport stadium, training facilities and entertainment venue
- Strong understanding of local and national codes
- Shown proven track records in delivering sports & relevant projects from concept design through to construction completion.
- Expert working knowledge of Revit, 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software
- Experience with the entire project lifecycle and design process through post-occupancy
- Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
- Excellent written + verbal communication and management skills to include leadership, organization, and client relationship management skills
- Well-rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management, and technical project resolution who can help shape a vision for the future
