The Role
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of a substantial building project, working closely with experienced site and commercial teams.
You'll have genuine ownership of your project, supported by approachable senior management and a business that values quality delivery, robust relationships and long-term career development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of project delivery from commencement through to completion.
- Manage programming, procurement, budgets and project performance.
- Lead and coordinate Site Managers, Contract Administrators, Project Engineers and subcontractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Oversee contractual requirements, variations and commercial outcomes.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, programme and financial objectives.
- Drive collaboration across the project team to achieve successful outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction sector.
- Experience delivering projects valued at $20m+ with a reputable head contractor.
- A background in multistorey residential, mixed-use or commercial building projects would be highly regarded.
- Strong programming, financial management and contractual knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
