Our clients are major players in their field and well established for over 20+ years.

They are currently seekinga Project Manager to join their regional operations at Perth.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an organisation that is focused on delivering successful outcomes.

The Role:

The Project Manager will plan and control the development and delivery of allocated projects, from pre-contracts stage to handover to the client, to achieve specification and profit objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, coordinate and deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements and company procedures.

· Develop project plans, schedules and deliverables, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions to manage risks and delays.

· Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, procurement, suppliers, subcontractors and production resources to meet project deadlines.

· Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.

· Monitor project budgets,



costs and financial performance, maximising profitability and improving contribution margins.

· Ensure compliance with quality, safety and WHS requirements, provide regular project reporting, and drive continuous improvement through project reviews and lessons learned.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

· Tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant trade; Project Management certification preferred.

· Experience in project-based environments, ideally within high-voltage (HV) systems and switchgear.

· Strong project delivery background with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

· Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management software.
