About the role The Project Manager delivers approved asset installation, upgrade, refurbishment and replacement projects across Claude Media Group. The role plans and coordinates work to agreed scope, time, cost, safety and quality requirements, minimises disruption to asset availability and campaign delivery, and improves productivity through clear workflows, timely decisions and effective contractor management.

The Project

Manager works within the Assets Project Management stream and reports to the Lead Project Manager. The role coordinates internal teams, engineers, fabricators, suppliers and contractors from project scoping through to commissioning and documented handover.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and deliver approved projects from scoping and estimation through engineering, fabrication, installation and commissioning. Manage schedules, dependencies and resources, and escalate delivery risks early with recommended corrective action.
- Conduct or coordinate desktop and site audits. Review asset condition, site constraints and technical requirements with competent specialists. Prepare estimates and coordinate drawings, engineering, access permissions and required approvals.
- Coordinate contractor and supplier selection and performance within approved procurement processes. Confirm applicable induction, licence, insurance, safe work method statement and site-access requirements before work commences. Verify delivery and resolve defects.
- Track approved budgets, commitments, actual costs and forecasts. Confirm scope and commercial terms, review claims against authorised work and evidence, and obtain approval for variations before committing expenditure. Operate within the Delegation of Authority Matrix.
- Maintain accurate project information in Monday.com and communicate milestones, risks and decisions required. Coordinate work with concession partners and internal teams to minimise service disruption.



Verify completion and hand over asset records, drawings, warranties, defects and maintenance requirements to the Maintenance stream.
- Prepare project scopes, schedules, resource plans, cost estimates and delivery milestones for approval.
- Provide timely progress updates and escalate safety, cost, timing, quality and revenue risks with practical options.
- Coordinate commissioning, defect rectification and handover of asset records, drawings, warranties and maintenance requirements.
- Travel nationally when required to fulfil role responsibilities.

About you

- Demonstrated experience delivering physical asset, signage, construction or comparable projects from scope to handover.
- Experience coordinating engineers, fabricators, contractors and suppliers.
- Experience managing project schedules, cost estimates, budgets, procurement and variations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand engineering, fabrication, electrical and civil work interfaces, with sound workplace safety and risk-control knowledge.
- Transparent written and verbal communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail, sound judgement, disciplined follow-through and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Desirable: Experience in signage, out-of-home advertising, transport infrastructure or national field operations.
- Desirable: Computer-aided design, three-dimensional modelling or fabrication experience.
- Desirable: Experience using Monday.com or comparable project workflow and reporting systems.
