About Our Client Our client is a leading coal mining operation in the Bowen Basin, recognised for its strong safety culture, modern equipment fleet, and commitment to operational excellence. What You Will Be Doing

- Operating Hitachi EX5600 and EX9800 Excavators within a pre-strip mining environment
- Loading haul trucks safely and efficiently to achieve production targets
- Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting equipment defects
- Working closely with production crews to support mine plans and operational requirements
- Maintaining equipment standards and protected operating practices
- Contributing to a high-performing production team

What You Will Need

- Demonstrated experience operating Hitachi EX5600 and/or EX9800 Excavators
- Previous pre-strip mining experience highly regarded
- Standard 11 or Coal Board Medical
- Training Transcript, LMS Record, or Signed Skills List
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Full Australian working rights
