An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established real estate team in Perth’s Northern Suburbs on a fixed-term basis for approximately 4 months. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, confidently manage a residential portfolio, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and routine inspections
- Manage lease renewals and tenant enquiries
- Ensure compliance with WA tenancy legislation
- Provide a high level of customer service and efficient portfolio management

About You

- Previous experience in residential property management essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills




- Excellent organisation and time management
- A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously
- Current WA driver's licence
- Valid registration
- Ability to hit the ground running
