HOW WE PAY

At Nextera, we offer competitive casual pay with the opportunity to earn more through our per-inspection payment structure.

Your earnings reflect your experience, efficiency and the inspections you complete.

Superannuation is paid on top, along with reimbursement for approved work-related travel.

Full pay rates and earning opportunities are discussed during recruitment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Completing routine inspections, Property Condition Reports (PCRs), Final Bond Inspections (FBIs), home opens and other property inspection services.

Our team organises your appointments and inspection sequence. You bring the initiative, professionalism and attention to detail.

WHERE ARE WE RECRUITING?

We're building local inspection teams across Perth, from Two Rocks to Mandurah, aiming to keep inspectors working within approximately 30km of their home base.

Choose your preferred areas:

1. Far North: Two Rocks, Yanchep, Alkimos

2. Northern Coastal: Butler, Clarkson, Mindarie

3. Joondalup: Joondalup, Currambine, Ocean Reef

4. Inner North: Hillarys,



Scarborough, Stirling

5. Perth Central: CBD, Leederville, Mount Lawley, Subiaco

6. Eastern: Morley, Midland, Ellenbrook

7. South-East: Cannington, Armadale, Byford

8. Fremantle & Cockburn: Fremantle, Coogee, Cockburn

9. Rockingham & Baldivis: Kwinana, Rockingham, Baldivis, Secret Harbour

10. Mandurah: Golden Bay, Lakelands, Mandurah, Halls Head

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience is a bonus. The right attitude is essential.

We're looking for reliable, motivated people who enjoy working independently, have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in doing things well.

You'll need

- Current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one

- Smartphone and confidence using technology

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills

- Excellent time management, initiative and accountability

- Willingness to learn and follow established processes

Previous property inspection or real estate experience is highly regarded, but not essential. Full training and structured onboarding are provided.
