About the role: As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our property management team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage a residential property portfolio in accordance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, obtain quotations, and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
- Respond promptly to tenant and landlord enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor rental arrears and undertake arrears management procedures.




- Manage lease expiries and negotiate lease renewals with landlords and tenants
- Attend tribunal hearings and prepare supporting documentation when required.
- Process bond lodgements, bond claims, and tenancy-related administration.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and administration teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to business growth through landlord retention and referral opportunities.

What we're looking for:

- A current Driver's Licence (essential)
- Registered Property Manager in South Australia (essential)
- 1 years + property management experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
- A proactive team player with a professional and positive attitude
