About the Role
Join Homestyle Aged Care as our Client Services Officer (East- Eastern and South Eastern Suburbs) and help prospective residents and their families navigate the aged care journey. This varied role combines customer service, admissions, relationship management, administration and occupancy support across our five eastern region homes (Berwick, Cranbourne, Bayswater and Rowville). You will conduct tours, manage enquiries, prepare admission agreements and develop strong referrer relationships within the community. If you are a motivated and people-focused professional with experience working to targets and KPIs, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a 5-month maximum-term contract from mid-November 2026 to mid-April 2027.

Perks and Culture

Attractive salary package of $90,000 - $95,000 + superannuation + $15,000 car allowance (pro rata for this 5-month maximum-term contract), dependent on experience.

Essential Requirements

Current and valid police check
Vaccination certificate
Experience in customer service, sales, or admissions ideally within aged care
Sound knowledge of aged care fees and experience preparing resident agreements
Sales experience including working to budgets and targets
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer management systems
