About the role

As a Reception & Gaming Attendant, you'll create outstanding experiences for our members and guests, whether you're welcoming visitors at Reception or assisting patrons on the Gaming Floor. Every shift offers something different, and you'll be part of a supportive team that values service, teamwork, and community.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional approach

- Process member and visitor entry requirements

- Handle membership applications, renewals, and account enquiries

- Answer incoming telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately

- Provide information about Club facilities, events, promotions, and services

- Assist guests with general enquiries and wayfinding throughout the Club

- Deliver exceptional customer service on the gaming floor

- Build positive relationships with members and guests

- Assist with gaming machine enquiries and Club promotions

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming workplace

- Enjoy interacting with people and creating positive experiences





- Communicate confidently and professionally

- Thrive in a quick-paced hospitality environment

- Are reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn

- Can work effectively both independently and within a team

- Have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts through to 4:00am

- Current NSW RSA Competency Card

- Current NSW RCG Competency Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
