The Role As our Reception Team Leader at Osborne Park , you’ll be the face of Fitness Cartel, leading by example to create exceptional experiences for every member who walks through our doors. You’ll support and mentor the Reception Team, help oversee day-to-day reception operations and create a welcoming, energetic environment where members feel valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable member experiences.
- Support, coach and motivate the Reception Team while assisting with onboarding and day-to-day guidance.
- Welcome members, answer enquiries, process memberships, bookings and retail purchases using our club systems.
- Assist with café operations, retail sales and confidently recommend our supplement and nutrition range to members.
- Ensure the reception, café and retail areas are clean, well-stocked and presented to Fitness Cartel standards.




- Support the Customer Service Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the club while maintaining company policies and procedures.

About You

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or the fitness industry.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building genuine relationships with members.
- Confident in retail sales, with supplement and nutritional knowledge highly regarded.
- A positive, proactive and organised leader who enjoys motivating and developing others.
- Robust computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain), Australian working rights and flexibility to work a rotating gym roster.
