About the role

You will be part of our Front Office team and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and front-of-house operations of our dental practice located in Cockburn, WA. This full-time role is integral to ensuring our patients receive a seamless and professional experience from the moment they enter our clinic.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

2. Handling patient inquiries, bookings and scheduling appointments

3. Maintaining patient records and updating electronic medical charts

4. Assisting with insurance claims and billing processes

5. Ordering and managing office supplies and inventory

6. Providing general administrative support to the dental team

7. Ensuring the reception area and waiting room are well-presented at all times

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar front office or administration role, ideally within a healthcare or dental practice
2. A minimum of 2-3 years of front office or administrative experience

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, clinicians and other stakeholders

4.



Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

5. Proficient in using electronic medical records and practice management software

6. Willingness to learn practice management software systems with full training provided
7. A friendly, empathetic and customer-focused approach

8. Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure

9. Genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
