We are a Melbourne nursing and care agency, and we are looking for Junior Registered Nurses to join us on casual shifts in residential aged care in Kew.

If you have just graduated, or you are early in your nursing story, you are exactly who we have in mind.

About the role

You will work casual shifts in a residential aged care home in Kew, caring for older Victorians and being part of the team that makes the residence feel like a home. You choose the shifts that suit you, and we will back you along the way.

What you do

- Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents

- Assess residents, administer medications and support clinical care plans

- Write clear, accurate progress notes and handovers

- Work alongside care staff, families and the wider clinical team

- Notice the small changes, and act on them early

- Treat every resident with dignity, patience and respect

What we do

- $60 to $90 per hour, depending on shift and experience

- Casual shifts you can fit around study, family and life

- Ongoing training to build your clinical confidence

- Support from a team that knows every nurse was recent once

What you need

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

- New graduates are welcome
- A warm, steady manner and a genuine love of working with older people

- Good communication and a willingness to ask questions and keep learning

- Reliable transport and your own car
- The right to work in Australia

Requirements To work in aged care, you will need the following (or be willing to obtain them before starting):

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Working with Children Check

- National police check

- Vaccinations required for work in aged care

- Valid First Aid & CPR
