About the Roles

As an RN or PCW, you’ll help deliver secure, high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.

Registered Nurses — Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive clinical and person-centred nursing care
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing
- Conduct assessments, clinical reviews and care planning
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Collaborate with GPs, allied health professionals, residents and families
- Follow relevant aged care quality standards and facility policies

Personal Care Workers — Key Responsibilities

- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Support mobility, nutrition,



hydration and personal hygiene
- Promote residents’ dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health and behaviour
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow individual care plans
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

About You

Registered Nurses

To be successful, you’ll have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in an Australian residential aged care facility; clinical placements alone are not sufficient
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates
- National Police Check issued within the last 12 months
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Current influenza vaccination
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required by the facility
- Valid Australian working rights
- 100 points of identification

Personal Care Workers

To be successful, you’ll have:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Ageing Support, or a relevant equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in Australian residential aged care
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates
- National Police Check issued within the last 12 months
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Current influenza vaccination
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required by the facility
- Valid Australian working rights
- 100 points of identification
